que franco asumió todos los poderes(legislativo,ejecutivo y judicial).Existia un único

partido legal,FET y de las JONS.

Tambien se suprimieron los derechos y libertades individuales y se rechazó toda manifestación nacionalista,por la que se abolieron los estatutos de autonomía de Cataluña y el Pais Vasco.
